Cloth Menstrual Pad Q&A and Care Instructions

Do I have to prep my pads?
No, you can use them as soon as you receive them, as I have already pre-washed all fabrics, but if you prefer, you can pre-wash them as well.

Can you do a custom size or width for me?
No, I cannot offer custom shape/width/length pads at this time.

 To care for your cloth pads, rinse them after use with cold water and wash them with your normal laundry or your cloth diapers. You can also store them in a basin of cool water until the end of your cycle and wash them all together, if you'd like. I recommend laying them in the sun from time to time to eliminate any staining that might occur, as well, but drying them in the dryer is perfectly fine too.  If your washing machine has a ‘Sanitize Cycle’ on it, please do not use it to wash your pads.  Although I pre-wash all of my fabrics, they are not meant to withstand super-hot water and may cause additional shrinkage.
