Custom Slots are available through my Etsy Shop. After purchasing the slot and paying your $10 deposit, I will contact you via email with information on how to order. After we narrow down what you would like, I will invoice you through Paypal for your remaining balance. Please pay your invoice within 24 hrs. When your custom order slot is paid in full, you will be added to my orders list and I will give you an estimated timeframe for when your order will be completed. Likewise, if you need your item by a particular day, please let me know so I can do my best to meet that deadline. I do not start sewing on an order until after I have received payment in full.

Paypal is the preferred form of payment. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can also check out securely with your credit or debit card without creating an account.

For domestic purchases, I ship via first class mail or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation through the USPS. I am not responsible for item(s) after they are shipped and I do recommend insurance on every purchase. I ship instock orders Tuesday - Friday and occasionally on Monday. If you place your order on Friday, it will ship at the beginning of the following week after your payment has been received and cleared. Occasionally, during a sale, shipping may be delayed slightly due to the sheer number of orders.

If you are an international customer, please be aware that all duties and taxes are your responsibility.

Your satisfaction is very important to me, however, because of the nature of the product, Cloth Menstrual Pads are not returnable unless there was an error on my part. If that is the case, the item must be returned to me in new/unused/unwashed condition. Once the item has been returned to me, I will be happy to then refund or replace the item in question.

I ask that you please contact me within three (3) days of receipt of your purchase if you are not happy with the item(s) so that we may discuss the situation. I do sometimes make mistakes and will always fix.
