Custom Orders and
Semi-Customs
Custom orders are handled
on a case by case basis.
When your custom order slot is paid in full, you will be added to my orders list
and I will give you an estimated timeframe for when your order will be
completed. Likewise, if you need your item by a particular day, please let me
know so I can do my best to meet that deadline. Please keep in mind that I am a
Mom of 3 kids, ages 5, 3, and 20 months, and they are my first priority. :-)
Payment
Options
Paypal is the preferred form of payment. Please pay for
all instock purchases within 24 hrs. Any items that I have not received payment
for within 24 hours will be cancelled and restocked. For custom orders, you have
24 hours to pay your invoice after I send it to you through Paypal.
Shipping
For domestic
purchases, I ship via first class mail or Priority Mail with delivery
confirmation through the USPS. I am not responsible for item(s) after they are
shipped and I do recommend insurance on every purchase. I will do my best to
ship instock orders within 48 hours.
International Orders
Shipping to Canada and
internationally is welcome; however the customer is responsible for all duties
and taxes. Shipping costs to Canada are the same as US purchases. International
customers will be billed for any additional shipping costs through Paypal after
the sale is complete. Please contact me if you require a shipping estimate prior
to purchasing.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction
is very important to me, however, all refunds will be at my discretion. If there
are any questions about a particular item, I ask that you email me prior to
purchasing so that we can discuss them. If I do issue a refund, it will be less
shipping charges (unless the return is due to my error in making the item(s))
and will only be issued after I have received the product back. The buyer is
responsible for shipping the item back to me as well.
Because of the nature of the
product, Cloth Menstrual Pads are not returnable unless there was an error on my
part. If that is the case, the pads must be returned to me in
new/unused/unwashed condition.
I ask that you please contact me
within three (3) days of receipt of your purchase if you are not happy with the
item(s) so that we may discuss how to address the situation.
